Zzzzz…Finally
My 9 year old was recently diagnosed with HFA and ADHD. He is like the energizer bunny and goes constantly. He is very active in sports but even so it is hard for him to settle and fall asleep in the evening. I started using the Sleep Starter Patches with him and the results have been outstanding! He’s sleeping through the night and wakes up refreshed and ready for his day. This is very important in kids with HFA and ADHD. They need to get “deep sleep”. I have to say I absolutely LOVE the patches! I use multiple ones. I had weight loss surgery almost 7 weeks ago. The chewables were not an option for me due to an overdose on chewables as a kid that has scarred me for life lol…I have suffered severe nausea since surgery, and was actually on a PICC line for 5 weeks because of it. So having another option that didn’t require me to take anything orally was very important to me! I was taking Melatonin, Valarian Root & Magnesium individually prior to surgery. So to have a product that offers them all plus more in one is really amazing! These work great! I have tried Klova (too sticky, left red marks) and Aqualief (not sticky enough, fell off overnight) brands. These work better than both of those. Helps me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep all night
