So easy and it works
Due to having gastric bypass surgery 14 years I have low vitamin D, low iron ferritin, and low calcium. Taking handfuls of pills daily hurts my stomach and I’m terrible at remembering. Thought I’d try the vitamin d/calcium patch and for a bogo deal added on immune defense. That was 3 months ago. While my vitamin d and calcium levels are at a normal level I was surprised to find my iron ferritin is up for the first time since I had an iron infusion 2 years ago. I’m required to have my ferritin checked every 3 mo since then and every time it steadily drops. I wasn’t even taking an iron supplement so I assume the high vitamin C levels in the immune defense is what’s helping my ferritin go up. Its amazing that such a little patch could make such a difference. So easy to remember. I shower in the morning and pur them on when getting dressed. No side effects. Can’t wait to try other patches as well. -
